Description Another morning in the gray.
He gave me a snippet of sunset.
The color, dashed,
Yet stroked, and cached,
I know I can't forget.

I bleed as melted pastels.
The oil separates
From age and time
My slang and rhyme
My core encapsulates.

Words have always been my weapon.
Whittled down, or excavated.
For all my days
I'll stand to graze
Beyond the overrated.

Freestyle isn't me.
I gather, you get the pic.
Thought is valued,
Wit, how dear,
Rhythm, so very chic.

Search on, whenever possible,
Share your swept up, dirty scraps.
You never know
Who wants a show
Or, who has undiscovered maps.

As for me, try checking back.
Refinement, polish, shine.
Unending, constructive cycle,
Just beyond fingertips thine.
