Dumb title, but it makes sense to have it. Anyway, this is my best friend, Crystal. I thought I'd try out some photomanipulation on her.The photo was taken by the amazing :uncherished:, my old friend from high school. You should look at his photography if you like quality photos.
Took me about 2 hours, ONLY because I re-did it about 50 times, and I had to make brushes.
Done in Photoshop CS2.
