I just adore the colors in this, they compliment each other so well. it makes the entire image just pop, and yet in an almost subtle way.

Yes, it's seems that she has red eyes, or an intense brown

You know- sometimes the way light reflects off of eyes giving them a reddish hue? Perhaps that is the case here
In either event, the work itself is amazing.
