Voilà!!'s been aaages since I last drew Naruto fan-art, and my style has CHANGED o___o
I saw this Little red riding hoofd, drawn by someone whose name I've currently forgotten but I'll put it up as soon as I remember (xD) and it was made with the pen tool ONLY.. and so I tried it out!
The bg is totally random though and I'll probably post a 'polished' drawn one - so no cell shading - but we'll see about that ^^
