I did a search for "annual report" and found lots of great designs (such as yours), but I haven't found any with downloadable PDFs of the entire report yet Most of them are just cover designs.

Your design certainly incorporates a sense of prosperity, which I'm sure was the goal. The color palette also adds to the flame in the logo--a feeling of warmth, growth, and expansion.
