A dual national Australian-American, Rook graduated OCS and served as a platoon leader with the 75th Ranger Regiment for six years before successfully joining the Army's Group for Specialized Tasks (GST) at age 26. Rook is an expert marksman and is extremely proficient at conducting low-profile raids in close quarters; his squad during MOUT training was one of the few to ever succeed at completely clearing the course without any friendly casualties.
Rook and his three man element are on standby to provide Nomad's unit with additional assistance should the need arise, though from the way things in Bolivia have been going, Rook is of the mind that he won't be deploying any time soon...
