Hey everyone!!Back with some more SWAT Kats art!!
Not as much to say about this one. Though I'd really like to say I was astounded when I realized I'd never seen art of the SWAT Kats characters as little kids before. I know it's gotta be out there, but I haven't come across it. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough. Regardless, I'm very, very happy with how this turned out!! They're all super cute!! *snuggles them*
From the top left going clockwise (for my friends unfamiliar with the show):
Chance Furlong/T-Bone, Jake Clawson/Razor, Felina Feral, and Calico "Callie" Briggs.

I have always liked Jake/Razor…I think it's a hang over from when I watched the 80's TMNT and I loved Donatello.

I always had a fascination with the cyclotron, I loved that motorcycle, I want that motorcycle~!
I couldn't tell you what my favorite episode is though, I have to many, but I think I would have to say "Mutation City" or "The Deadly Pyramid".

Hmmmm.... well I think I can at least narrow is down to Chance/T-Bone and the Metallikats. Chance is just such a friggin' sweetheart. He's brave and caring and he loves watching cartoons! And he's so big and fluffy! I'd love to have a guy like that in my life, even as a friend! And then Mac and Molly are my hilarious, crazy OTP! Love them so much! <3
But like I said, I could rave about all the characters. Callie is definitely and honorable mention for me. She is such a bad@$$ for a completely normal person that gets into the situations she does.
As for vehicles, it's gotta be the Turbokat. And favorite episodes have to be Mutation City and Unlikely Alloys (or ANY episode with a bunch of Metallikats moments). XD

I could fall asleep on him, becuase he's so fluffy and soft.
Yeah, the Metallikats are cool villains, they are my favorite villains, followed by the Past Master.

I also liked "The Dark Side of the SwatKats" too~!
Now I'm gonna have to watch it now. I bought the complete series off Amazon~!
Such a shame that it was cancelled. I wonder if they will make it with the reboot they were trying to do on Kickstarter…?
The only thing I worry about is that they will ruin it, lots of times reboots are ruined becuase they are trying to cater to the current generation.

Was confused about the colors, but it turned out it was so dark because that was the template for "nighttime colors". But he probably will go through more design iterations before they get an actual show going.

Yeah, it was the coloring that was bothering me….was it for the night time? Well that explains that then.
It would be cool with they got Charlie Adler and Barry Gordon both to take up their roles as the SwatKats again, but I won't hold my breath.
I actually have that game, it wasn't to bad, the controls were not real good but it wasn't bad other then that. It's super hard though. @_@

If you look near the bottom left there's a box that says "Night Scene Color Palettes".
That would be awesome! I read an Ask Me Anything interview with one of the Trembray Bros. once and they said they'd try to get the original cast back together if they could.

I did however make my own SwatKat's fan character, its a girl and her name is Felicia Persian.
She came out pretty good but I never submitted her, she still sitting in my stash.
She just started out as a doodle, hardly worthy of being in my gallery…but I could put her in scraps, I guess.
It's not a full body picture of her either.Just from the shoulders up.
I even created a backstory for her. XD

The missions where you're in the TurboKat are the hardest parts….man are those missions the hardest.
You can't only get hit once, unless you cheat and trip a glitch in the game. A glitch I haven't been able to figure out yet. X3

Maybe you can show me sometime! I actually have a couple of SWAT Kats NextGen OCs that have been floating around in my head for a long time, but I should make some for the current timeline as well. I had this little homeless kid that ends up being taken in by the Metallikats of all people. Hijinks ensue. XD
In that Ask Me Anything interview I mentioned, Mr. Tremblay was talking about how they'd love to explore more character's backstories. And then he said, "Like what if the Metallikats had a son? I'm not saying they do, but it would be really interesting!" And I'm like, "OMG MUST DESIGN METALLIKATS BABY!!"
I did too at first. It's easy to miss.

"Instadeath" is not cool, but it kinda makes sense in a jet though. In that video I showed you, you'll see them
exploit the glitch through out the game. It's a level and invincibility glitch. It's apparently difficult to do, becuase I haven't successfully done it yet. XD
