Description
This is a little something I had originally started for youtube. But, sadly, I never got far enough to put it on youtube. So, I gathered up the ones I had made so far and shoved them all on an adoption sheet. I'm not listing who owns all the templates. Too many, plus most the names are still listed. There are 24 of them here. Couples must be adopted together although you can like give you to a boyfriend or girlfriend after adoption.

I require a small amount of information about the Eevee you want, as well as a picture. If its a head shot, just make up the rest according to what is shown.

For couple you must fill out two things, and draw a picture of them both together.

Very few of these have set genders. Pretty much just the couples. I will tell you which numbers and what gender they are. I'll even tell you why.

4: Must be female due to the female marking on its face.
17: The orange one is male and the green one is female. This is due to the fact that its a TailsXCosmo reference.
20: The red one is male and the white one is female. This is due to the fact that its a KnucklesXRouge reference.
22: Despite its feminine looks it must be male due to the face marking.
