Yep, goatmeal, it's nutrtious, it's oatmeal, and it smells like goats. What every young wolf or fox Youkai wants for breakfast! xD

So this was drawn with the intention of being part of Frost (which is now canon lol). In Frost, Kage found an abandoned Yoru out in the cold and took him in. After defeating the frenzied Guards and finding the Thunder Egg, he also ended up becoming Zaelestis' parent, so he ended up with two pain-in-the-ass kids who loved to taunt each other. xD
Needless to say, he was given quite the hard time with such strong personalities in such energetic children. I like to think he went to bed each day going, "Thank Guard, the day is over". xD
