Somewhere in the vas ocean a lone boat sales towards an unknown destination, on the boat is a man wearing a black cloak. As the man in black cloak continue on his journey, he encountered another vessel this one is much larger compare to his, on it seems to be a group of warrior's, one of them who seems to be the leader of the party notice the lone boat and the man occupying it. The leader ask the man where he was heading, the man in return told him that it was none of his concern, the leader then ask his for the mans name to which the man replied that his name was not important. The leader who was frustrated ask why the man was being rude to which he replied he was just being cautious since they were strangers to him and could be a threat, the leader then reassure him that he and his friend's mean no harm and are not a threat, he then introduce himself as Beowulf and says that he was being summoned by his friend a king to his kingdom to deal with a monster that has been causing chaos to his land, the man only wish them good luck and says that his name is Dearan and he was heading to a land called Scotland.
