Description
Rules:
Draw the Evoloon above to enter a raffle to win ownership of said Evoloon.
Image needs to follow the Visibility Rules.
Background and Shading not required.
Image needs to be clean. No scribbles.
When you draw the Loon, please make sure that it looks similar to the original design, with the same colors and patterns. (you can simplify the plant growth on this one)
Only one entry is allowed per user.
Please do not use multiple accounts.
You need to be a member of the group Evoloons to enter.

Information:
Winner will receive ownership of this Evoloon with all of the listed upgrades unlocked.
You may edit/remove the upgrades after you win.
Because it is an official group run raffle, this Evoloon will not become broken-hearted when won. It will be 100% capable of earning upgrades, superpowers, companions, etc.
If the winner trades the Evoloon afterwards, it will then become broken-hearted.
