A strange sense of irony also dictates that Sector 17 is home to some of the most savage criminal organisations, the entire district considered very little more than a warzone, or an over-glorified junkyard.

Still, its in this tiny precinct you'll find the stoutest hearts, the biggest personalities and the greatest showings of bravery that our great city has ever seen. These are the men and women of the Sector 17 Police Department. These, are the Junkyard Cops."
