aaaawwwww!!! i love the eyes! and since "advance critique" is encouraged, might i also add that you might want to play around with shading, especially on the shirt and neck... and also blending, like on the wings, to get rid of the actual pencil lines...

lookin good! do you use a basic sysetm of measurement for fratures and whatnot along with body structure? cause if you don't it'll help you out with keep your anatomy correct and geve you something to work with. (honestly, i don't think i could live without a mannequin to work with! lol)
