Now Onto the Picture~!

I am on a roll with these man! So I have just been going through a bunch of traditional pieces sitting in my phone and on Toyhouse. Lately I have had a sudden drive to just draw draw DRAW! So I decided to take a piece of Groh x Gregory artwork I had lying about and drew it digitally. (I popped into Soul Calibur the other day to see if there had been any updates, sadly nothing yet. I am still eager to see the next chapter in the story of Soul Calibur VI... I can hardly wait!!)

I digress.

So this picture takes place after the Conduit [Gregory] fights and saves Groh with the power of Soul Calibur, only... in this case there is a bit of a twist~ [I drew Greg in his Soul Calibur get up bc it was more fitting for the picture]

After Groh had fallen to his knees, defeated, weak, and begging for forgiveness, Greg became elated. Somehow, he saved his comrade (*cough* boyfriend... *cough*) with the power of the Spirit Sword. Greg proceeds to sweep Groh off of his feet and exclaims how overjoyed and thankful he is to have saved him from darkness.

From there he simply takes Groh someplace where they could formally talk. It is here that Greg sorrowfully admits, despite the promise he made, he would not have been able to bring himself to kill Groh. It is also here that they have one, if not their first, heart to heart about how they feel and where they were to go from there.

Greg has to return home to his brothers to make sure they were alright, from there, who knows. He'll go wherever the wind takes him. As for Groh... well, most of you know where he must go...

From here, they exchange farewells, and they part. However, before they do, the both of them make a promise to meet again sometime in the distant future... they can only hope it'll be in a more peaceful time.

Heh, I have had a whole "What If"? built around this since I started Gael's LOS save. I really dig the crackship between Greg and Groh. It's just a small and wholesome little thing that brings me joy. I hope you guys like it as much as I do uwu
