Here we have got a little thing I noticedbecause Zorua is always in Zoroark´s fur and Axew is in the new black and white anime in Iris´ hair, so thats the result

because you can compare Zoroark to Lucario and Lucario was legedary too, well,they said it in the movie^^

Well....Not technically, you can use Zoroarc and Lucario in the battle tower and other areas...And other legendaries you can't. (Of course the legendary trio's don't go under that same rule...o-o )
Hm, but, no, they can also breed, which most legendaries can't...

but you can breed with manaphy too
and Cresselia and Darkai are allowed to be used in the battle tower and they are legedary as well (its writen in the Pokedex^^)

Well-Yes, but Manaphy breeds to be a completely different Pokemon that doesn't evolve into it, it being Manaphy. xD
...Darkrai, as far as I know, can't be used in the Battle Tower...Cresslia neither. o-o
