PhantomBlood ::
Phantom has been an outcasted Pegasi,
disowned by her parents when she showed strange
and awkward signs of her fixation and fascination
toward blood and "bondage".
Her fixation grew as she got older when she met
another filly of the same age and tested it on her..
low and behold her cutie mark "Blood Ties" came to be
on her flank... due to successfully tying up another Pony
and potentially making them bleed. Phantom is Masochistic.

Yes I don't mind fanart of these two. Or mature art of them :3
