Description Well, I was pretty bored one day and looked at my digital camera, and decided to make this. For those of you who don't know it's Rasengan from Naruto ^^.

It seems that many people want a tutorial on how I did this. I will consider it, however, I lost my original files in a HD crash, I made this a couple years ago and forgot most of the process, I've never done a tutorial before, and I'm VERY lazy. So don't feel like your request has fallen on deaf ears, just lazy ones

this is by far the best rasengan i've seen on this site so far..... i just wanted to ask if you remember how you got that shimmer of light going around the ball i've been messin around in photoshop and can't figure out how to do that... any help will be much appreciated.
