kiri is rather excited to have more people join the group for a quest while aizawa is so done with this young dragons enthusiasm.aizawa is a adult dragon and thus has a more muscled neck crest much like a stallion just with added feathers that enhance his size. kiri on the other hand is a young adult or almost young adult dragon so his neck crest hasn't filled out much yet, also much like bearded dragon males neck/dewlap changes color or darkens with extreme emotion or to show off. kiris neck and ears darkens and turn black were as aizawas dewlap unfolds and turns shades of purple much like my last picture.

among dragons aizawa is a little more rare of sight as his breed of dragon was/is hunted for their fur and feathers as they are fireproof, so to see him out and about away from the dragon lands is unusual and rare as he mostly sleeps in his cave on his hoard of treasures and fabrics or looking after younger dragons.
and yes dragons all shift and have a human shape, aizawa just doesn't usually do so unlike kiri
