If the Sun should come to an end,
This Star I hold, I'd let go,
And these Wings would embrace the Moon.
Gentle through and through the mend,
Patient waiting ever flows,
For no friendship was more true.
If light became the dark,
A heart shattered "beyond repair"
And the world tinged with pain.
There, the Angelic Mark,
Placed with such the care,
Linked together, without chain.
Here, as always, then and before,
Leaving all if one was need,
For the Angel's love is lured.
If the end should come tomor'
And Sol's last light should bleed,
Angel's Wings shall hold still, a heart that never cures..

Can you feel it?
The stillness so thick
Pressing in
Tension slowly built
Can you hear it?
Sounds cease
Breath held
Noise hiding from the beast
Can you see it?
The waiting beast
Claws reaching
Jaws longing a feast
Creeping closer
Bringing doom
On the edge
The end looms
Do you fear it?
Do you care?
Or is it welcome?
Releasing your snare..

In the distance
The sun starts rising
Bright and warm
Sol arriving
On the horizon
Behind the beast
Beckoning lightly
Asking to be near
Feel the flood
Smile and stand
You're not alone
Take a hand
The beast awaits
The end is ahead
Sad as it may be don't fear
Face it bravely instead
After the end is come
And the beast departs
In the horizon shining bright
Arriving is a new start.
