Negative-Jack is not Mad-Jack.
Negative Jack has no emotions and desires at all. It is not good, not evil, not seek to kill or help people. He lost everything that for which he lived. And now, he does not live and exist.
In the Negative L.Jack history after the death of Isaac evolved somewhat differently.
This Jack fell in love. He had a wife. And the son. But the son (Arlekin) grew up and killed his mother, as well as left on the face of Negative Jack scars. Arlekin was uncontrollable.
