It can catch you, oh yes, it can!
The darkness gives you no time to assess,
there is no time to be impressed.
Scared indeed, scared in the silence.
You can't see the future,
and there was nothing in your way.
Someone lead you.

Who screams for you to run if not only to help you?
Or perhaps a sinister smile grew,
waiting to chew
