GENERAL:

In the 2020s, France had replaced its armour and main assault rifle for its army, with the impeding Invader threat, France had to militarise quickly and effectively, the French would effectively create a new rifle that was slightly more effective than their previous assault rifle. They would come up with an extraordinary combat armour for their infantry. However, it would prove to be for nought, as Invader forces would overrun France in 2031, with whatever remained of the French forces working with NATO, the EU and other allied forces. The armour made by the French would still be used after reborn France would join what would become the successor to the European Union, the Terran Colonial Systems Republic in 2139.

FL290 ASSAULT RIFLE:

The FL290 Assault Rifle was based on the FAMAS assault rifles, with the same ammunition and standard magazine capacity.
