Peer was an ARC stormtrooper commander of the imperial army. Peer was received his training in Coruscant at an imperial academy, he was trained by a clone commander named O'comm.Peer during your time as a recruit , he was considered one of the best, he proved to be a great genius tactical and an incredible fighter, Peer was one of Commander O'comm's great pride.
Since Peer proved to be a great combatant and a great tactical genius, O'comm asked his superiors if Peer could start doing ARC training, so that he can become an ARC soldier, O'Comm's request was accepted and Peer started training for ARC, and then he would be trained by an ARC clone named Herg.
Later, Peer became the commander of a battalion known as (Battalion Conquistadore), which as its name indicates this battalion was responsible for conquering worlds that did not accept imperial domination, destroying the rulers of those worlds so that these worlds could be dominated by the empire.
