Description
THIS STARTED OUT AS DAVESPRITE, I SWEAR.it ended up very much not being davesprite. and i quite like whatever it was that happened to this thing.
A decidedly abstract creature, not limited by conventional rules of our world. everything of major importance to it is encased in its impenetrable metallic head, its odd set of senses protected by the opaque black dome-like structures.
The wings aren't used in the conventional sense either; its levitation is derived from the exposed black orbs on its underside and to a lesser extent, its entire, ah, "skeleton".
it can travel through dimensions, even time itself, to any world it pleases--but only once. if it ever wants to return to a realm it's visited previously, it must leave part of itself behind there.
yeah, i really have no idea what happened here(especially with the wings, that shading makes no sense). having something weird and abstract like this means i can throw logic out the window and make it ridiculously OP'd, right? riiight?? oh well, i'm considering making it one of the gods now because of all that junk.
yeap, i ended up making it one of the major gods in my fantasy universe[yes, universe]. I'm just going to call it Wanderer because i can never come up with names anymore. anywho, wanderer here is the only god to have not settled down and created its own world[at this point at least. not sure how many more major gods i'll make, if any]. by far the most passive of the deities, it prefers to vaguely drift around space, visiting and observing each section of interest it comes across. this has gained it a massive scope of wisdom, and it speaks an odd sort of uni-language that everything-except the other gods, ironically- can understand.
sai is way too much fun to do lineart in. dare i say it's even more fun than paint's line tool???
still not sure how i feel about its shading capabilities though.
