Entry for fire-lanternn 's 700 watchers design contest. I did the 80's theme!I actually love this design even though it's relatively simple. The stripes became so much better when I duplicated the layer, set it to overlay, and then shifted it a bit. I just picked a random layer effect and IT WORKED SO WELL.
