new character of mine ^^ - Cirri, named after cirripedia aka barnacles

they are a literal glass of water somehow supporting a small ecosystem

sort of an uncanon idea I have - they could have small holes at the bottom of their glass thighs, allowing water to escape and form the rest of their legs ?? not sure if that would look satisfying, ill try it out eventually
