I made a base from tuile and skeleton is made of plastic pipes - thanks to it they were bendable and easy to transport. Then some geese feathers and tadaaah

Hmmm, wouldn't a tin metal coating make the armor shinier and more life-like? The paint makes the armor look well... fake. a thin layer of coloured tin will help over cardboard and cloth.

ah, well, yeah... if it's not a metal on the surface, it's not going to be looking the best. Perhaps you'll be upgrading the surface with a shiny metal glued or melted on top?
