For some odd reason, this specific still image makes me think of Frieza from Dragon Ball Z...
The animators frequently posed the camera a bit below Frieza's face, and sometimes with Frieza having a deranged "powerful" expression, it made him look more dominant.
Of course though, I do find this face to be a little goofy for its intended effect, but nonetheless quite well-made.
