Description Hi guys, Lorcan here, just got Transformers: Studio Series 86 - Deluxe Class Brawn (sourced both to The Transformers (1984-1987) and The Transformers: The Movie (1986))in the post today, while watching a classic British film (Genevieve) from 1953 starring John Gregson.

He was released in the 21st wave of Transformers: Studio Series Deluxe Class figures, his wave-mate being Gamer Edition Cliffjumper (who is from the DS edition of the game Transformers: War for Cybertron), but unlike Cliffjumper, Brawn is an new mould from head-to-toe.

Also, he happens to be voiced by Corey Burton, who also voiced Alpha Trion in the episode "War Dawn", Beorht, Chief Lanarqan, Dion, Mara-Al-Utha, Shockwave (an role he reprised for Transformers: Animated), Skuxxoid, Spike Witwicky, Sunstreaker, Vector Sigma and Wideload, as well as voicing Megatron, Ironhide, Ratchet and Colossus Rhodes, and many others in Transformers: Animated. Outside of his Transformers-related roles, Burton took over for most of Paul Frees' characters such as Ludwig Von Drake with the exception of some like Toucan Sam (who instead went to be voiced by Maurice LaMarche instead) following Frees' death and had duties voicing most of Bill Thompson's characters (such as Professor Owl) for Disney after Thompson died in 1971 until the 2000s when Jeff Bennett took over those duties (though Professor Owl remains unknown since that character has not spoken a single word after 1998).
