Here is an photo of the TVC (The Vintage Collection) VC269 Clone Trooper (Phase II Armor) figure's helmet alongside the TBS (The Black Series) 41st Elite Corps Clone Trooper's figure helmet, which itself is one of many repaints of the Phase II Clone Trooper helmet from the Clone Trooper figure from the 2005 Clone Trooper to Stormtrooper Evolution pack that was released in the Revenge of the Sith line.

I'm gonna say it, even if the Phase II Clone Trooper helmet mould from the Clone Trooper figure from the 2005 Clone Trooper to Stormtrooper Evolution pack was not perfect (especially for Clone Trooper figures using the VC45 tooling that use the Bodie Taylor head), it did an better job of being accurate to the Phase II Clone Trooper helmet from Revenge of the Sith and then eventually even Andor, than VC269's attempt of the Phase II Clone Trooper helmet.
