Now this is pretty epic. This is all leather? Fantastic, the shaping and color makes it look quite like metal, which lends a much more vicious aspect to the piece. I find the addition of the hair on the back to be excellent, almost making the helmet itself look like some sort of beast.

Aesthetically, really cool, and my sentiments echo those of others who have commented.
More like a mask than a helmet though.
Functionally, that pony tail's weight must be what keeps the sections higher up on the head from collapsing forwards and down over the face. Interesting, but seems awkward and even a bit hazardous (in a fight, I don't want anything that can be easily pulled on or caught in something, like a long ponytail for example).
If the harness part that secures the helmet to the head is entirely affixed to the rear-most "armadillo" section (as it appears to be), that would keep the helmet pretty secure on top of the head, but then the facemask section might wobble around too much, so it would need its own separate harness (which it doesn't appear to have).
I'm guessing this is more for "show" than for wearing, though, in which case function doesn't matter much. Was the design commissioned in detail or did you come up with it?
Overall, good job! You're clearly very good at making stuff like this.

It will be worn full day for larps! It is shaped so that (according with the adjustentstrap in the back) the helmet fits snuggly on the nosebone and forehear. Yup the hair weighs it back abit which helps but isn't mandatory for use
Design was mainly made by me, but to be used with previously made armors for the wearers group.

Larps...it sounds like some kind of wild bird, but I have a feeling you mean live action role play. I don't know much about that stuff. Is it very active and rigorous, like Civil War reenactment, or is it more sitting at tables and rolling dice?
Anyway, hopefully you get to see the mask put to use, so you can learn how to improve the design further for next time. For me, that's my favorite part of making something!

Depends on what larps, Most larps around the world is fighting-based, and some are diplomatic. I tend to visit larps inbetween. With fighting but not randomly like on some larps=/
