I had to do a quick one today, so I thought I'd make it more of a blog post than a picture. I'm pretty tired so please excuse my disjointed and rambling voice. I thought I'd talk about my last few pictures and the general narrative structure of my stuff.

The bad news is no one guessed the answer to my silly question, the good news is everyone gets cookies! (Call me if you come down to Tampa.) The picture to which I was referring, was of all things: big date with a bigger dummy . RD has strung up the decrepit book to dry over her bed, page by page. There are also a few poster sized prints of the pages, as well as a mask visible in the corner which appears in my last picture. This whole series is branching from my older picture series Tintinnabulum and Sleepover , which should not be apparent to any sane person.

I want each picture I make to stand on it's own. The True Lonely for example is really a tribute to the song linked in it's description, people I know, and some of my own experiences, but it also exist in the same general continuity as all the above linked images, and introduces a very important book to the whole little story. (The book has "lord tirek's" face on it, if MLP is going to keep stealing my ideas then I'm going to keep retroactively adding their characters into my headcannons.)

I don't really write comics or fanfictions often, so I'm sorry if you expect such a thing from me. I'm not even making any promises that this series will pan out to anything. I think each picture is best enjoyed as a tribute to the songs linked in the description, but/and I really love it when people interpret my pictures in their own way. A lot of people liked Collection , and from the look of the comments they did for COMPLETELY different reasons than I do, but that is kind of awesome!

That is the magic of making art. I arrange little horses as they live in my head. I pour all the meaning I can each night into every drawing, but I get a thousand times the meaning back from you. You all fill the most hellish depictions with hope and the most innocent drawings with depth far beyond their intention. You surprise me every day
