Okay, the original emoticon was done by for the fangirl contest at , so I didn't do much, just animated it, and I take no credit for any of the artwork ... it just looked so cute, I couldn't help but animate it. I did it twice, two different animation types. they go too fast, and I should try fiddling with it more, but smeh, I can't be bothered, and my eyes hurt O.o
I had to cut out all the girls and ED in photoshop, make new frames with the cute little people, then animate it in paint shop pro animation shop. I think I'm gonna need glasses.
