Oh, I think that's really pretty. ^^ Is she an original character of yours? (I'm guessing it's a she, so if it's a guy, I'm sorry. *cowers*)
The soft colors suit the character design very well. Her name's very appropriate; the color scheme makes me think of mint chocolate chip ice cream, which is my favorite ice cream flavor! *laughs* I adore how her gloves and boots match, and you've managed to draw a lovely rendition of those pesky Sonic character boots that I love the look of, but can't seem to draw myself.
The only constructive criticism I can really offer is that the black color on her boots seems a little streaky, so you might keep that in mind for the next time you pain in watercolors. Another thing is the lack of shading on her mint-colored spines. D: It's a really pretty color, so I can see why you wouldn't want to ruin it with a mistake, but it also has the effect of making the mint colored parts seem to 'float' on a separate layer from the rest of the piece. This is probably not the effect you want, unless the minty parts are supposed to be glowy.
Other than that, I think this is very nicely done-- if it's your first time with watercolors, it's downright amazing. ^^
