For as a traaadeI have not drawn anything disney in too long!!
Gradually getting more confident with coffee painting now XD i gotta say, LOVE the way this one turned out!
Oh and thats simba in both instances, not mufasa

I used bristol board paper, and just mixed up some coffee alongside some watercolour paint and painted with it, lol

I LOVE THIS DRAWING OF SIMBA! Simba is a very important character and that marked me in my childhood. When I saw this picture, I came memories to mind.

how do you do "Coffee painting"?

Its hard to explain simply. basically just mix up some coffee and use it like paint, ha ha

then how do you get all the different colors with it?
and how much coffee do you use without ruining the paper?

I dip watercolour pigment into the coffee to get the colours
and i use bristol board which is very thick sturdy paper^^

XD i mixed up some coffee with hot water, and spread it over the page. I then dipped coloured into it with paint and then salt to make the patterns^^

I'm really speechless, because this is so wonderful that I don't even can put it into words!
But I really love Simba's cute look as child and the amazing coloring!
Especially the transition from the adult Simba to the star background fills me with wonder, and your style looks as beautiful as the style from the original!
