I'm running a high fever so this design and her color scheme make complete sense.

Her stage is ~French~ casino themed and in her boss fight she's reliant on raking in Mega man to slam into him at a full spin. You can only harm her upper half while her lower half is spinning. If you use the weapon she's weak against you stop her lower half from spinning for a bit, allowing you to get some free shots on her.
