The hydraulic killing-dock looks intriguing.
Have you seen it operate? How fast does it move?
It'd be cool if it was, like, *wham* *wham* *wham* for squishing invaders and whatnot.

Can this be considered as stock and be used as such?

if its not stock- then why did you put CC on it?

It clearly says NonDerivative. I wonder how you are going to use an image as stock if you are not allowed to make derivative works out of it?

eh. I'm always confused by the CC concept. I just put good old (C) on mine.

I've never read into CC much, but it does seem pretty sensible.
(C) means, in essence, they can't do anything with it without your say so (with certain limited exceptions).
CC allows you to put different restrictions on it - you might not mind people making derivatives with it as long as you're given credit and it's not for money - you can put that exact restriction on its use.
I see it as a sort of (C) without needing to grant or deny certain uses as it's clear by which CC licence you put on it.
Never used it myself though.

So that others can use it as a desktop?

people can use my normally (C) art as desktop anytime. There's no such thing as a copyright law that doesn't allow you to use any artwork out there as a desktop I believe.
