I was going for 99 firemaking, too. bought 57k willows for 90
Problem: Couldn't afford it at the time. ah well
Now I'm going for 99 fletch

It wasn't that hard, it just patience that gets the people the most. It took me about 3 months with willows.

How hard was this to get? Did you burn willows, or what? It is one of the nicest capes of all, IMHO.
