Chapter 127: South Asian Soviet Union and Jaffa Kingdom

With the help of the Syrian Confederate Republic and the People’s Republic of Kurdistan (also known as the Kurdish People’s Republic), the Red Army continued it’s southwards advance in central Asia against the Ummah al-Shith remnant and warlord forces alike. The Kirghiz, Uzbek and Turkemenistan SSR’s were expanded along the marching routes of the Red Armi into northern Afghanistan and northern Persia/ Iran, to include the local ethnic Kirghiz, Uzbek and Turkmenistan border regions there, yes the Kirghiz even were expanded into former Chinese and Tibetan territory to include their ethnic pockets there. In Eastern Persia/ Iran Turkestan regions were included in Turkmenistan, while the local Kurds were given an independent Kurdistan SSR inside the Soviet Union of their own. In the west meanwhile the Arzerbaijan SSR was expanded into Persia/ Iran as well, while nearby Kurdish Socialist and Communist groups were encouraged to rise up and create their own state as well. To ensure the whole Caspian Sea would be firm under Soviet Control and with it northern Persia/ Iran the local ethnic Gilak/ Gilaks people gained their own Gilan SSR, with the capital Rasht and about 2 million people, and the Mazandarani or Tabari people in the Mazandaran or Tabaristan SSR, with the capital Sari and about 2,6 million people. While it would take months and years, especial thanks to Afghan, Persian/ Iranina and Turkish resistance, partly aided by the Western Allies, the local resistance was broken thanks to superior Soviet Union Red Army technology and soldier numbers, leading to a growing expansion of the Soviet Union into Southern Asia. Because of the war against the Goa’uld in the Milky Way Galaxy, as well as rivals and opposition here on Earth, the number of forces available to Stalin were limited and so he chose to only expand already existing ethnic SSR into Southern Asia to engulf their whole ethnic territory, while those still outside, but sympathetic to Socialism, Communism and Stalinist itself were aided in an attempt to create allied buffer and puppet states in the region to further increase Soviet Influence. It was also a means to reach the Indian Ocean and to have the Soviet Union finally get access to harbors that were ice-free the whole year to increase the Red Navy’s abilities.

Among the Free Jaffa meanwhile, some had opposed the ideas of the Soviet Jaffa and their Jaffa Soviet Socialist Union Republic, instead leaving this republican federal union to form their own, more traditional idea of a free Jaffa Nation and proclaimed the Free Jaffa Monarchy, a Jaffa Kingdom on those worlds, where their supporters had a majority. This difference however greatly endangered the plans that Stalin/ Cain/ Kain had with the Free Jaffa, as he wished to keep a tight control over them and how they would create and model their new union republic after his own Soviet Socialist System Republic’s Union, of which it would be an ally and later even a full part of this worlds spanning state ruled by Stalin himself. It overall also meant that the Free Jaffa themselves were much more divided and disunited then they had been before, weakening their overall ambition to rebel and rise up against the Goa’uld Empire and the false gods leading it. With their own worlds and even much of the still small Free Jaffa Rebel Fleet splitting up from the Jaffa Soviet Socialist Union Republic, strengthening their own Jaffa Monarchist Kingdom rebel forces by doing so and leaving their own fate and freedom within their very own hands and not that of some other, outside benefactor, or supporter. Their victories, liberation and ultimately their new state with some traditional cultural and religious elements preserved, instead of smashing it all like the Soviet Stalinists did would be their very own, inclusion a preservation of their own identity and traditions to some extent, as long as they were not part of the overall things forced upon them by the Goa’uld to influence, control, divide and rule the Jaffa as false gods that the snakes had created and perfected over the centuries and millennia. They simply hoped to archive it all by themselves, after all were Jaffa not the strongest species ever born and created in the Milky Way Galaxy. The Jaffa Monarchists and Royalists certainly were eager to prove this to everyone doubting them and trying to keep the Jaffa as a whole down.
