Russia would outright annex Outer Mongolia and Northern Inner Mongolia, while it gained the Russian Xingjiang (East Turkestan) Protectorate and the Russian Mongolia Protectorate as puppet states. The rivaling British Empire would secure Tibet as a Protectorate, as well as the Nanjing Clique, also known as Federal League of Chiense Provinces, were the Kiomintang and Republican forces had some influence and also ambitions as a militia and guerrilla force alongside some other rebel and secret societies opposing foreign influence and rule. The other involved powers in bringing down the Boxer Rebellion; Austria-Hungary, Italy and the United States of America would at least get trading concessions, outposts and trading posts of their own, as well as the same ex-territorial and trading right concession as the other major powers who all would gain a seat in the Legation City Administration.
