This design was made before the offical show. I was just doing my head-cannon of the "redesign" if you will and uh yeah.

Kay I don't really like this one as an illustration. The design I think is alright but the image not so much, I've done better.

Design Process:
So Peridot is a smol green dorito of a scientist. I like her she tiny but I drew her taller. Regardless, she is a scientist and I wanted to push that forward. Green dorito is wearing a lab coat just to make it science-y. I kept her visor the same because I guess I just like it the way it is and you may or may not be thinking, why in the heck is she still wearing a yellow diamond. That's cause I like to believe that she still thinks really highly of Yellow Diamond even though she enjoys going against her. Like how kids hit their crush or something and you also might be wondering. where the hecky peck is her star? to that I say look more carefully at her torso.
