After watching the performance of Ari Hauntington, Deuce and Raythe decided to form a band with Skelly and Bonesy joining in. Then Silvi and Woolee offer to join, followed by Venus and Robecca. Deuce and Raythe were reluctant to let them join, but after demonstrating an air guitar imitation, they let them join the band. The problem was, they couldn't seem to agree on what kind of music to play or what to call their band.

In the 13 wishes movie, Cleo would offer endorsement if she was their manager. But Howleen wished them to be the best band the school has ever heard, to which Gigi granted. They started playing well and called themselves ‘Robecca and the Steamers’, becoming popular in school. But the wish and the taste of fame caused the band to fight and led to a band break up. However, after the wish was broken, they were back to their old selves, and later reformed the back, playing for the party with Ari and Catty.
