Great action pose here and editing. 
The background streaks is a very nice touch that expresses an atmosphere of great energy, that everything is happening so fast,
that even the world around her is but a blur as she focus and zero in on her targeted enemy. Nice touch with the cinematic black bars also.
Not sure if there's a term or name for it. But there's something about it that goes really well with action scenes. great outfit and weapon style too.
