But usually all the girl versions like Minnie, Babs Bunny, even Margaret from Regular Show were dressed in a shirt and skirt, or shirt and pants, while their male counterparts were naked or pants-less.

Yet it should be noted she does where pants, but only on the next step. For the part of the transformation she is at I feel her being without pants is okay. That and technically nothing is showing.
If this is for modesty sake the guys should wear pants too.

My Little Pony is a cartoon and fandom, like any other. There is creativity when you take the time to draw something interesting based off the characters from scratch like this. Explain to me how there is no creativity here when the artist has put his/her own twist on the characters from the show, taking the time to create a visual piece that is interesting to look at and wasn't established before in the show.
I think that's creativity at its finest. You're being biased because you don't like the fandom or show, I'm assuming. That doesn't mean there is no creativity here.

I can just as easily say MLP fan characters are all recolors too. Your an idiot for resorting to useing bases as an excuse, try drawing from scratch when your albino and have only one eye, wouldn't be too good at art then if I did it from scratch. Now add in mishapen wrist, even more of a problem to do larger projects from scratch.

As expected, I'm actually not that big of a MLP fan. This isn't a debate either since what you have isn't debatable. You didn't state you disliked a fandom, you insulted an artist. That's what I'm upset about, nor am I blindly diving into anything.

I'm not blindly hating on your art either, I'm an artist and sometimes get paid for drawing. I have friends that study art, I have friends in animation. There is education behind the reason why I dislike what you have. It's not creative. 95% of deviantART makes base art, draws on their screenshots, weird anime style, too. Sorry.
