Just thought I'd share a step-by-step of Handsome Jack's progress
It was all going well until I decided to square off his jawline. You can see the difference between the last two images.

its cool to see a realistic piece of a cartoon character. but i love borderlands style much much more. this takes skill to make. practice and youll get there. style, that takes creativity. and skill.

This is very very realistic.
Almost to a bad extent because of Borderlands 2's unique art style that is far more cartooning than realistic.
BBut this still doesn't take away from just how detailed and amazing your piece is, well done.

How did you achieve the grainy effect on his face.
One step (3rd) he was smoothed out and fine-skinned, and the next (4th) he had more of a realistic look.

Borderlands 2 is one of the few games that does such a good job at portraying the villain that you absolutely despise him and yet in few powerful scenes still manages to make you feel sympathetic toward the villain, if only a little bit.

You kiddin' I thought Jack was awesome right through the game the guy who did his voice did a bang up job at making me like him, even during events when you know he's being a right dick I still had to smile at the things he was saying. Jack's up there as one of my fave video game villains. XD

I agree that Jack's been pretty entertaining as far I have have played in the game and of course I have do give a lot of props to the voice actor too. I was more saying I despise him for all of the cold and harsh things he's done but that is technically the job of the villain in the story. This game really goes on a roller coaster ride of comedy to serious drama and back again.
