Description
My new OC's, they all are located in Nadeshiko Village (from that anime only arc, so I can't really consider it truly canon). The main will be Omoide, with her two teammates Fukitsuna and Meishin. Their group is nicknamed "Mondaiji-han", because of all of their tendencies to be problem children. Mondaiji means problem child.

The only person I write from their perspective will be Omoide, the girl on the far right.
She doesn't normally look that....odd, but there's a completely legitimately stupid reason.
I will post all of their bios here, so be ready for a tl;dr section xD

Ps; If you're keen enough to notice, Meishin is shaded normally?, Fukitsuna is soft-cell shaded, and Omoide is cell shaded. There's a partially good example of all my samples. xD
And yes I know those outfits look ridiculous. I tried making them all follow a same theme-type.

Job: She works as a messenger bird receiver and sender. She doesn’t write the messages, she merely labels the birds with name tags and sends them out as it didn’t require too much memory. She often works instead of doing missions because of her memory disabilities.
Parents: She doesn't live with her parents anymore, but they are aware of her memory loss issues, but it tends to run in the family though less severe with some. They are average shinobi.

Personality: She is very uneasy and confused a lot. She is easily gullible, but not stupid. She is kind and humble but unconfident. Although she is not a shy person, she easily forgets faces, names and people. That makes it appear that she’s confused or silent while meeting them. She often gets lost in a conversation and worries easily. Her memory span lasts about 10 minutes before it starts to get hazy.
When her memories are summoned, she becomes immediately confident and assured of herself. She is still the same person and remains nice to her friends, but she knows and understands everything in the situation when she is summoned. She is much more serious in battle, and less forgiving on opponents.

The deal with her memory problems: Her actual personality is her personality with memories, but all her memories are recorded into her subconscious, only being able to recall them if she summons them. But, when summoned, she will not recall any events that happen in the meantime and she can only stay summoned for a short amounts of time. Memory problems do tend to run in the family, so she taught herself to remember only how to summon them when needed. She may have a better long-term memory. Also, when summoned, the summoning symbols stay on her body until desummoned, her chakra is drained or her time runs out. (Approx. a day at most)

Usually this is caused because of random strokes of terrible luck, or failed misconceptions. She has a tendency to make others lucky, though. She is slightly clumsy. She has a bad habit of not getting jokes and can come off as a blunt person. Misfortune always looms near her.

She was stubborn and not very open to other opinions. She had a bad habit of holding long grudges, and if it were serious enough, she would try voodoo dolls or awkward séances. She left the village to find a husband, but hadn’t returned since. She was labeled missing or dead.
