School is taking up a ton of my time, but I was able to get this drawing out in between. I want to start explaining the special powers each of my oc's have, so I'll start with Shine.

Through an event I am not able to tell as of now, Shine has obtained the ability to evolve into any Eeveelution and devolve back whenever he wants. He can accidentally evolve when he gets emotional and the Eeveelution is usually the same with each emotion, i.e. when he gets mad he evolves into Flareon, etc.

Hopefully I'll be able to post the others' power explanations soon, but I can't promise.
