Description
"Flame"Glowing embers from the fiery place
cease the chill grasping this place
Against the house, the cold winds attack
and I feel a draft slide down my back...
goosebumps rise as my temperature falls
I cradle the fire as I try to thaw
but there is a coldness deep inside
that the warmth of these flames cannot subside.
Outside the window, snow clings to the ground
and wraps the world in a wintery gown
but I am inside here forever untamed
within the fire, I am the flame.

I really like the way you lay the words down. They flow nicely, "I cradle the fire as I try to thaw" I love the last line also, Molly. -*-joy-*-
