History:
Leotis can seem to be a very unusual character as he is nocturnal, though can be seen from sunset to sunrise. He is a very friendly soul, who only wants to help others relax and sleep. He uses his abilities to help sooth others into a relaxing state which in turns helps them achieve better their goals. His faithful familiar, Celestia, assists in his endeavors by being that cuddlable pet for scared villagers til they are fast asleep or hunting for ingredients for potions. Celest can be very playful at times though cares deeply for her witch.

Some time back amidst the nightly duties of helping the villagers of Lilypad sleep with good dreams. Leotis was perched upon a house roof with Celest flying nearby, enjoying the brisk winter breeze. It always felt nice to him feeling with the wind flowing through his mane and ruffling his feathers. Looking out towards the stars admiring their shine, Leotis noticed one was moving. Hmmmm... that's odd. He thought to himself. Then the "star" got larger until it looked like it might crash. Oh crap! Leotis jumped to his feet bracing himself to setup a protective spell around Lilypad to protect against the falling... star. He relaxed a little as the glowing "star" slowed down into almost a... glide? Huh, that's unusual... Leotis waited to see what or where it was going. After it landed, Leotis went to investigate to find a Sugar Glider with glowing flames now sitting on a rooftop. His jaw almost dropped as he stared at them and how gorgeous they were. After many nights of this (and urging from Celest) Leotis finally decided to speak to them. The rest became history as they began seeing each other becoming a couple. (Who knows what will happen next?)
