....you have just brought me back six years. I remember my little, fourteen-year-old heart suddenly realizing what young love is, playing this game and seeing this part of the story. I had never understood like...fictional couples or romance, before this game, and thus Sora x Kairi was my first OTP.
And this pic just....omg, you have no idea the rush of nostalgia. I could cry. <3333

I am so glad to give you that feeling though.
I totally know where you are coming from with the Sora x Kairi young love crush goodness! When I was drawing it I was totally silent and it took me back and made me remember all the cute things.
I could also remember finishing the game for the first time and my heart sank. I was all "Everyone is alone!" and when Sora was sitting there and he smild while fading away, that little hope went woosh. But I LOVED IT.
I may just go play the game again now.

AUGH THAT ENDING, as if it weren't enough that this was my first exposure to a Japanese plotline (they're so much better, don't you think?), they had that kicker ending...I wasn't functional most of the rest of that day. And then had to go play the ending all over again to see it one more time. xD
All shipping (and shipping wars xD) aside, I still really wanna see the drawing get addressed the next time we see Sora and Kairi. SO MUCH CUTENESS, AUGH.
BAHHH SO MUCH NOSTALGIA, now I wanna go play again, too. <3

I actually hoped this photo WOULD get people to play it again.
They all have seemed to fogotten and pretended like KH1 never existed.
